Our website is updated with new stock numbers daily! So, if something is sold out make sure to keep an eye out for when it is available again.
 

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, iDeal, Sofort, Apple Payments, Google Payments and much more on our website. 

All orders will be shipped with a tracking number and insurance. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. 

Yes, our current minimum order value is €249. 

Our shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and your location compared to ours. When checking out you will be able to choose the shipping option that fits your needs. 

  • You can exchange your products within 30 days if you are a private individual.
  • Returned products must be in the same condition as received.
  • Return your package with the invoice inside it, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return. 

Unfortunately, it is not possible to handpick at our warehouse. We do not allow handpicking to provide the best quality items in our bales. We sell all items we sort in our bales. 

Yes, we do ship internationally. We ship to almost all countries in the world. Add an item to your cart to see what your rate is. 

To ensure we make no to significantly fewer quality mistakes, we have four quality checkpoints in our process. One when the goods are being sent to us. One when the goods arrive at our warehouse. Another one while sorting out the goods, and the last one is when we pack up the goods for orders. 

We sort out our goods in three different qualities. A, B and C. A contains the best items with non to very few flaws. B quality products include items with a few stains or defects but are still wearable. C quality contains items with huge holes and stains. We only sell A and B quality. All C quality items get donated to charity.
